Tiffany Haddish pleads guilty to DUI less safe in Georgia court
The Associated Press video shows footage from a Georgia courtroom where comedian Tiffany Haddish enters a guilty plea to one count of driving under the influence less safe (alcohol). The judge accepts the negotiated plea, sentencing her to 12 months probation, 24 hours in jail (credited as time served), a substance abuse evaluation and treatment, DUI school, and 40 hours of community service within specified timelines. Other counts are nolle prossed on the state's recommendation. Haddish is heard saying she wants to resolve the matter after four years so she can 'take my hair off' and proceed with community work through the LA district attorney's office.
